Mike McGoldrick will be based at the Newcastle office
The property consultant claims to have experienced a recent surge in demand for its building surveying services from academy schools and sixth-form colleges in the North and London that have secured funding for refurbishment or expansion via the government’s Education Funding Agency.
Ian added that Eddisons was excited about starting work with its new education sector clients.
In the current round of Condition Improvement Fund bids, Eddisons submitted 14 applications and secured capital funding for 11 academy schools for projects costs of more than £4.5m.
